
Eagle Family Housing, Phase III — Incirlik Air Base
Project Overview
Design–Build of 44 military housing units including all electrical, mechanical, architectural work and landscaping as per Military Housing Criteria using NFPA, NEC, LSC 101, ADAAG, ASTM and valid EU and TSE standards. Eagle Housing Phase 3 consists of pavement of 80,000 sq ft of asphalt roads, twin tennis court, mini soccer field, 9-hole mini golf, 1,000-meter running track, 7 shading pergolas, 5 gazebos, community sidewalks and landscaping including grass seeding and plantings. Phase 3 includes 44 housing units: 38 JNCO units, 2 CGO units, and 4 JNCO-handicapped units with vehicle parking driveways and wooden fenced backyards. All units feature ceramic floor tiles, terra cotta entrances and front stairs, laminated wooden closets and kitchen cabinets with granite countertops. Two-story units are covered by heat-insulated CMU blocks and thermal boards, painted with long-lasting textured paints. All aluminum windows are thermal insulated. Achievements: The Eagle Housing Project was completed on-time (1.5 months ahead of schedule) without any registered lost time accidents and fulfilled all quality expectations.
